Sadly, I'm unaware of a solution around this. The app currently loads using pagination so it doesn't load the entire library it wants to keep the UI snappy and fast and your network bandwidth low. I will mark this as in review and double check if there's anything that can be done about the scroll Bar with SwiftUI.
